今年もバジルシーズンがやってきた。
GW明けの播種、双葉が四葉になるころから夏の収穫に向けた野望が膨らむ。
ことしはどんな料理のアレンジをしてくれようか？洋食、インド・タイ・ベトナムなどエスニック系に相性が良いのは当たり前だが、中華、和食への応用を考えてみるのも楽しそうだ。
さて、ジェノベーゼソース用の松の実、アンチョビも品定め開始である。
